Roland Canada supports a number of Roland Authorized Service Centres across Canada to help you get your Roland or BOSS gear inspected and repaired if shipping to our Factory Service Department presents a challenge. Most of these Roland Authorized Service Centers offer both warranty and non-warranty service and ALL have direct access to our Factory Service Department and Parts Department staff and resources to ensure your Roland or BOSS gear is repaired to factory spec. Please note that shop rates and turn around time may be different than our Factory Service Department, please contact the local Roland Authorized Service Center prior to dropping off / shipping your gear to get this information.
