*1: Recording might be monaural. If this happens, stereo recording can be accomplished by starting visual recording following the steps below.
- Make the connection between the iPhone or iPad and GO:MIXER PRO-X, then start the standard camera or the 4XCAMERA app.
Make sure GO:MIXER PRO-X's POWER indicator is lit.
- Go back to the home screen on the iPhone or iPad.
* When you go back to the home screen, the POWER indicator goes dark.
- Start the app again.
Make sure GO:MIXER PRO-X's POWER indicator is lit.
- When visual recording starts, the audio is recorded in stereo.
*2: When a USB-C to headphone jack adapter is connected and a connection to the Smartphone IN/OUT jack is made using a stereo miniature phone cable, the volume level in visual recordings made using 4XCAMERA might sometimes be low. Also, noise sometimes occurs when the 4-pole cable included with the GO:MIXER PRO-X is used as a stereo miniature phone cable.
