On September 9, 2016, Roland chose 909 Day for a 24-hour global launch event bringing together over 30 product debuts, artist performances, and a festival atmosphere. An early livestreaming milestone, the daylong activation paved a bold path forward. From sunrise in Auckland to sunset in Los Angeles, The Future. Redefined. was a relay across time zones, showcasing what musical instruments could look, sound, and feel like.
