Support for macOS 27 Golden Gate

The driver that is listed as compatible with macOS 27 on the Compatibility with macOS page can be used with macOS 27 without any problem, even if the downloaded driver does not indicate it is for macOS 27.
Some descriptions in the included Readme.htm file may differ from actual OS descriptions and procedures. Be sure to check this page for the latest information.

Installation procedure
  • Once the driver has been installed and the product is connected to a computer with a USB cable, a screen may appear prompting you to allow the connection of the USB device.
    When prompted, click [Allow].

Troubleshooting

Cannot install/uninstall the driver
Security settings may have an effect. Use the following procedure to check the Security settings in macOS.
  1. In "System Settings", click "Privacy & Security."
  2. In Security settings, change the setting for "Allow applications from" to "App Store & Known Developers."
  3. A dialog box will appear prompting you to confirm the changes. Enter the password and click [Modify Settings].
    * When you finish installing or uninstalling the driver, change the setting back to the original setting using the same procedure.
