Import a track, loop, beat, or song idea into Melody Flip to initialize an algorithmic analysis of your music to discover the structure, tempo, beat positions, key, chord progression, genre, and mood. Based on that analysis, Melody Flip recommends Palettes that match the musical character of your audio. Melody Flip doesn’t copy the melody of your song, but uses advanced methodologies and reference points to help you find new sonic directions to keep your creativity moving.

Choose a Palette, generate a melody, and try new sonic variations until something inspires you. Adjust the result, explore different directions, and export the melody—and supporting chord, bass, and drum parts—as audio or MIDI for continued editing and arrangement in your preferred DAW.

You don’t need to import audio to begin. Open the Palette library, browse styles and genres, and choose a Palette that feels close to the musical idea you want to explore. From there, Melody Flip will generate melodic ideas and related musical phrases, giving you an immediate starting point for a new track.
