Connection
To connect via USB using an iPhone or iPad equipped with a Lightning connector, an Apple Lightning to USB 3 Camera Adapter and a USB Type-A to USB Type-C® cable are required.

To connect via USB using an Android device equipped with a Micro-USB (Micro-B) port, an OTG adapter cable and a USB Type-A to USB Type-C cable are required.

Charge-only USB cables are not supported.

Wireless connection is supported with Bluetooth MIDI/Audio-compatible pianos. Connection quality may be affected by the surrounding wireless environment.

A stable internet connection is required for account authentication, data synchronization, and content downloads.
