The VS-880 Digital Studio Workstation is the first affordable integrated digital recorder, digital mixer, digital editor and effects processor in the world. Data storage is accomplished via the internal Iomega Jaz drive with 1GB removable disks or a fixed hard drive. An expansion slot can be fitted with the VS8F-1 Effects Expansion Board, providing two powerful, independent onboard multi-effects units.

    This .hqx file contains several .MID files to update the operating system of the VS-880. Read the README.TXT file for installation instructions. This update adds compatibility with the new VS-CDRII drive.

    Note to Mac Users: You will need the UPD SMF Update Application if you do not have access to a sequencer program.

    This .hqx file contains a file to update the operating system of the VS-880 from a Zip Disk. Read the README.TXT file for installation instructions. This file contains both the A and B versions of the VS-880 operating system. The A version provides support for the new VS-CDRII drive.
