GO:MIXER PRO-X Smartphone Compatibility ( Android )

These have been confirmed to operate correctly when connected to the GO:MIXER PRO-X with "USB."

[Important]
For models that cannot be properly connected via USB, use the included TRRS cable for analog connection.

*2: These are operation verification results from a model equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU.
*3: In stereo recording, the left and right channels are reversed.
*4: The volume level cannot be adjusted on the smartphone.
*5: The volume level during playback might sometimes be low.
*6: At the home screen, tap [Settings] → [Connected devices] → [Connection preferences] → [Detect a USB device] → [DETECT A USB DEVICE] to detect the USB device. This makes the GO:MIXER PRO-X be seen as a USB device.
*7: Check [Settings] - [Additional Settings] - [OTG Connection], and set [OTG Connection] to "ON." When [OTG Connection] is set to "ON," GO:MIXER PRO-X is recognized as a USB device.
* If the setting is difficult to locate, use [Settings] - [Search (the search icon at the top right of the screen)] to search for "otg." Selecting [OTG Connection] in the displayed search results changes the display to the [Additional Settings] screen. Set [OTG Connection] to "ON."
*8: Depending on the connection setup, sound recording might be monaural.
*9: Sound recording using the 4XCAMERA app is not possible during a 4-pole cable connection. We are currently working on a response to this.
