Switzerland Field Marketing Coordinator

Job Description
We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic individual with previous experience in Music Industry and/or wholesale marketing to join our European marketing team. Under the supervision of the Regional Marketing manager, you will be the marketing champion of Roland / Boss / V-Moda products for your respective territory.

JOB LOCATION – Remote outside Switzerland / based in East of France, Paris or Milano office
CONTRACT TIME – Full-Time

Objectives of this Role

  • Work closely with European Marketing Team and assist with campaigns and new product launches.
  • Develop Local market plan for Roland / Boss / V-Moda brands that will drive awareness, consumer engagement, conversion.
  • Develop and execute the Key Dealer plan on a quarterly basis.
  • Coordinate local marketing campaigns with sales activities / opportunities.
  • Coordinate the execution in your respective area of Global & Local marketing campaigns, leverage internal support and drive collaboration between all stakeholders.
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant SUs functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
  • Manage & track the local’s marketing budget.
  • Publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Demand Generation Teams to drive local marketing campaigns and to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity at local level. • Monitor and support in recap and analysis process to communicate ROI and provide recommendations to the Regional marketing manager.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with local Product & Sales team, develop local campaigns to reach our Kpis in term of acquisition, conversion and sales objectives.
  • Responsible of the PR local relationship, agreement and work closely with European & local team to maintain quality and consistency of local influencers.
  • Execute on multi-channel campaigns across customer journey, ensure the alignment of communications and message across all channels following Roland guidelines.
  • Update global and local content for stakeholders and internal touch points.
  • Establish Key Dealer plan with budget guidelines.
  • Manage events, book venues and order marketing materials requested.
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with track and analysis, optimize accordingly with the support of European marketing team.
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external stakeholders, communicate with Regional marketing manager about marketing campaigns, plans and budgets.

Competencies, Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

  • Level of languages :
    • German : Bilingual or Native ( REQUIRED )
    • English : Fluent
    • French : is a plus
  • Postsecondary degree, diploma or certificate in Communications, Marketing or a relevant area of study.
  • Digital expertise on social networks, marketing automation, CRM, SEO and conversion.
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience executing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience representing corporations at events or Key dealer visits.
  • Strong project management skills, multitasking and proactive.
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects and competing work demands.
  • Ability to see the “big picture” while managing several small projects.
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
  • Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
  • Computer proficient with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Personable, presentable and flexible
  • Ability to travel
