OCTA-CAPTURE, UA-1010: Saving and Loading OCTA-CAPTURE Settings

Using the OCTA-CAPTURE Control Panel, you can save the current settings as a file onto a computer and load these settings at a later time.

The following OCTA-CAPTURE settings are saved in this file:

  • Preamp

  • Compressor

  • Monitor mixer A–D

  • Reverb

  • Patch bay

 

SAVING SETTINGS

Windows:

  1. From the Desktop, click on the Windows icon on the bottom left of the screen.

  2. Select the Control Panel.

  3. Windows 8, 7 and Vista: On the top right of the Control Panel Window, select "View by..." "Small Icons".

  4. Windows XP: On the left taskbar, select "Switch to Classic View".
    NOTE: If the selection states "Switch to Category View" you are already in classic view.

  5. Open the OCTA-CAPTURE Control Panel.

  6. Click on "Device" and then select "Save settings".

  7. Type a name and destination of the file to be saved and then select OK.

Mac OS X:

  1. Click on the Apple icon.

  2. Select Preferences.

  3. On the bottom of the Preferences window, open the OCTA-CAPTURE Control Panel.

  4. Click on "Device" and then select "Save settings".

  5. Type a name and destination of the file to be saved and then select OK.

     

LOADING SETTINGS

  1. In the OCTA-CAPTURE Control Panel, click on "Device" and then select "Load settings".
  2. Select the file that contains the settings you want to load and then click OK. The OCTA-CAPTURE's settings will change.
