UA-1X: Recording from a Phonograph (record player)

Tags: input,ua-1x,phono
If you are hoping to record from a phonograph, you will need to output your phonograph audio through a 1mV line. This entails patching the phonograph into an integrated amp, then outputting the signal through the amp's left and right stereo outputs into your UA-1X. From there, you can fine-tune the input volume using your computer software. You should refer to your recording software manual for details on input volume, gain adjustment, etc.
