Das VS-2400CD bietet professionelle 24-Spur-Aufnahmen und CD-Brennen zu einem günstigen Preis. Diese kompakte Aufnahme-Workstation besitzt viele Ausstattungsmerkmale des Roland-Flaggschiffs VS-2480CD, wie z.B. erstklassige analoge Komponenten, Motorfader, und leistungsfähige Kontroll-Software. Ausserdem stehen neue Funktionen wie RSS 3D Panning sowie V-Link zur Integration von Video zur Verfügung. Eingebaute Effekte und ein interner CD-Brenner erlauben das professionelle Erstellen kompletter Produktionen.

Wenn 16 Spuren nicht genug sind…

16 Spuren sind gut - 24 Spuren sind besser. Mit dem VS-2400CD können Sie bis zu 24 Spuren in perfekter Klangqualität aufnehmen und wiedergeben. Das sind genug Spuren für ein individuell abgenommenes Drum Set zusammen mit Bass, Gitarre, Keyboards und reichlich Gesangsspuren. Mit 384 virtuellen Spuren müssen Sie nie bei der ersten Aufnahme bleiben. Wenn absolut höchste Klangqualität gefragt ist, kann das VS-2400CD bis zu 8 Spuren gleichzeitig bei 96kHz aufnehmen.

Flexibles 48-Kanal-Mixen mit Motorfadern

Neben seinen Aufnahmefunktionen dient das VS-2400CD als voll ausgestatteter 48-Kanal Digitalmixer, bestehend aus 16-Kanal Eingangsmixer, 24-Kanal Spurmixer und 8 Effekt-Returns. Wie behält man da den Überblick? Da kommen die Motorfader ins Spiel. Wählen Sie einfach die Kanäle, die Sie bearbeiten wollen und die Fader fahren automatisch an die zuletzt eingestellte Position.

Funktioniert wie das populäre VS-2480CD

Fragen Sie einen VS-2480-Besitzer und er wird Ihnen bestätigen, dass es ein reines Vergnügen ist, damit zu arbeiten. Der Grund ist das Betriebssystem, welches auf jahrelanger Erfahrung bis zurück zum originalen VS-880 basiert. Jetzt findet man dieselbe durchdachte Bedienoberfläche auch beim VS-2400CD. Folgen Sie einfach den grafischen Symbolen auf dem Display, um schnell durch die Menüs zu navigieren, während Sie Ihre Editierungen intuitiv via Drag-and-Drop mit der Maus durchführen. Für noch angenehmeres Arbeiten können Sie einen optionalen VGA-Monitor anschliessen, um das VS-2400CD wie eine Software zu bedienen.

Neues RSS 3D-Panorama und eingebaute Effekte

Eine neue RSS 3D-Funktion ermöglicht 3-dimensionales Panorama ohne kompliziertes Editieren. So können Sie ein 3-dimensionales Klangfeld erzeugen und es mit bis zu sechs Mono-Klangquellen in die Automix-Spur schreiben. Das VS-2400CD bietet 4-Band-EQ und Dynamics für 32 Kanäle plus zwei Stereo-Effektprozessoren mit 36 hochwertigen Roland/BOSS-Algorithmen. Darunter befinden sich Reverb, Delay, Lo-Fi und Vocoder etc. plus Guitar Amp Modeling, Mic Modeling und Mastering Tools. Zwei weitere Stereo-Effektprozessoren können optional in Form eines VS8F-2 Effekt-Expansion Boards eingebaut werden.

CD-RW-Laufwerk

Dank des eingebauten CD-RW-Laufwerks und der umfangreichen Ausstattung ist es möglich, mit dem VS-2400CD komplette Produktionen bis hin zum Endmix zu fahren. Mischen Sie Ihre Spuren zusammen mit beliebigen Live-Eingangssignalen auf zwei Spuren herunter. Bearbeiten Sie diese mit Hilfe des eingebauten Mastering Toolkits mit Multi-Band-Kompression und brennen Sie Ihr 2-Spur Master auf CD. Das CD-RW-Laufwerk kann auch benutzt werden, um WAV-Files direkt in einen Song zu importieren - hervorragend, um Loops von CD zu laden.

Ein/Ausgangs-Erweiterung und V-LINK

Wenn Sie mehr Ein/Ausgänge benötigen, nutzen Sie einfach den 8-Kanal R-BUS Port. Damit lässt sich das VS-2400CD beispielsweise auch mit einem anderen VS-2400CD, einem VS-2480 oder sogar (über eine RPC-1 R-BUS Interface-Karte) mit einem Computer verbinden. So können Sie die Zahl der Eingangskanäle und Aufnahmespuren erweitern oder 8 Kanäle mit Audio- und MIDI-Daten zuwischen Ihrem V-Studio und einem Computer austauschen. Mit V-LINK haben Musiker die Möglichkeit, Video Clips durch das Erzeugen von MIDI-Events auf einer VS-2400CD Aufnahmespur zu triggern oder die V-Fader-Funktion zu verwenden, um Video-Parameter wie Farbbalance oder Brightness zu kontrollieren.

    NOTE: The VS update file that you download and save to your computer from the link above is a compressed zip file (VS2400v1504CDpc). The update files that are compressed into the zip file that you download will need to be extracted before you can burn them to a CD.
    You can do this by using the WinZip application on your computer. When you double-click on the downloaded file that you saved to your computer, WinZip should startup automatically. If it doesn’t, it probably means that you don’t have it installed. If you do not have WinZip installed, then you must download it, install it, and extract the VS2480V2504.IMG, VS2480V2504.nrg, and the VS2480V2504.iso files before you can complete the update procedure.     NOTE: The VS update file that you download and save to your computer from the link above is a stuffed (.sit) file (VS2400v1504CDm). The update files that are compressed into the stuffed file that you download will need to be extracted before you can burn them to a CD.
    Stuffit Expander should automatically expand the file when you double-click on the downloaded file saved to your Macintosh hard drive. If it doesn’t, it probably means that you don’t have it installed, or you don’t have the correct version of Stuffit Expander. If you do not have Stuffit Expander installed, then you must download it, install it, and extract the VS2480V2504.IMG, VS2480V2504.nrg, and the VS2480V2504.iso files before you can complete the update procedure.
