• This promotion is valid for new purchases of a Roland SPD-SX or SPD-SX Special Edition Sample Pad, and includes a free download of high quality samples from Noiiz worth $199 US Dollars AND free license for the SPD-SX-Editor application for PC/Mac worth $39 US Dollars
• This promotion only applies to purchases of new Roland SPD-SX or SPD-SX Special Edition units from authorized Roland dealers across across Australia, New Zealand, Europe and the U.S., between December 1, 2019, and May 31, 2020.
• The purchaser must register their SPD-SX or SPD-SX Special Edition at https://www.roland.com/backstage before June 30, 2020 to redeem the promotional offer. Registrations made after June 30, 2020 will not be honored.
• Available to customers within Canada, the European Union, the United States of America, plus the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Kazakhstan and Switzerland only.
• Roland reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time.
• This offer is not available on any second hand, refurbished/reconditioned or counterfeit stock.
• This offer will be redeemed directly by Roland Australia, Roland Europe Group and Roland Corporation U.S. and under no circumstances by the retailer.
• A unique code will be required to download the Noiiz sample pack and activate the license for the SPD-SX-Editor. Unique, single-use codes for each item will be sent to the registered customer’s email address from Roland.
• Any duplicate serial number entries will be flagged and rejected by the system.
• The promotion is available to the original purchaser and is limited to one claim per household. The offer must be redeemed by the original purchaser and is not transferable.
• Claims from companies, organizations and institutions, or claims directly from dealers and distributors are forbidden and will not be honored.
• Not redeemable for cash.
• Roland accepts no liability for Noiiz sample or SPD-SX-Editor software incompatibility with non-Roland devices or hardware, including computers and laptops.

NOIIZ

• Noiiz samples and content are licensed to the individual SPD-SX registered customer for indefinite and personal use and must not be shared, published, distributed, extracted, re-utilised, or reproduced
• You will be required to verify your download of Noiiz samples and SPD-SX Noiiz Edition kit data by entering a unique code. This code will be emailed to you from Roland, upon product registration.
• The Noiiz site and the content are intended only for the purposes specified or implied therein, and your use of the Noiiz site and content is entirely at your own risk. Please note, whilst we endeavour to provide accurate and up-to-date information, the content may not be wholly accurate or up-to-date, complete or free of defects, and is subject to change, often at very short notice. All content is provided without any representations or warranties of any kind (implied or express) to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Noiiz, unless otherwise stated herein, owns or controls all relevant intellectual property rights in the site, and the content. You may not publish, distribute, extract, re-utilise, or reproduce any part of the site, or the content in any form (including storing it in any medium) other than as expressly allowed herein or as set out in the site and the content (or under UK or local law). The site and the content are for your personal use only, and are not for re-distribution, transfer, assignment or sublicense. Noiiz will not be responsible if a product does not fit your particular purpose.

SPD-SX-Editor

• Licenses for the SPD-SX are issued per computer/device. If you should update or change your PC or Mac device at any time, a new SPD-SX-Editor activation license will be required at the customer’s/user’s cost.
• Once the SPD-SX-Editor software is software is downloaded, you will be required to activate the software with a licence code. To do so, follow the instructions at https://spd-sx-editor.com/roland and enter the unique code supplied in your email from Roland to zero the basket value.
• These terms (the campaign terms) supplement Roland’s standard terms and conditions of sale, which are available at https://www.roland.com/au/terms_of_use/. Where there is a conflict between the campaign terms and Roland’s standard terms and conditions of sale, the campaign terms shall take precedence.
• The campaign terms and conditions are subject to the laws of England and Wales and any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
• Once your SPD-SX or SPD-SX Special Edition has been registered, an email will be sent to the supplied email address confirming your product registration and containing instructions to redeem you free subscriptions. If you don't receive this email within seven days of registration, please contact rca.marketing@roland.com
