Effective from 01/July/2025

Roland Corporation Australia warrants to customers who purchase selected brand new Roland Home Digital Pianos from an authorised Australian Roland distributor after 1st of July 2025 (click HERE to locate your local Roland distributors) that the Roland Home Digital Piano will be free of defects in workmanship and materials for the duration of Five (5) years or otherwise as specified in writing by Roland Corporation at the time of sale.

Any brand new Roland Home Digital Pianos from an Authorised Australian distributor before 1st January 2011 is covered by statutory implied conditions and warranties under the Trade Practices Act 1974. Please click HERE for details.

The Five (5) year warranty applies to the F-Series, FP-Series and RP-Series of Roland Home Digital Pianos.

During the Five (5) year warranty period, Roland Corporation will repair or replace the Roland Home Digital Piano which fails to operate as intended, where it is established that the failure is directly due to defective workmanship or materials as judged by an authorised Roland Service Agent within Australia.

Transfer of Warranty
The Manufacturer’s Warranty may be transferred to a subsequent owner of a Roland Home Digital Piano, provided that the new owner presents the original purchase receipt issued by an authorised Australian Roland distributor. Without the original purchase receipt, the Manufacturer’s Warranty cannot be transferred.

Manufacturer’s Warranty applies in addition to the Consumer Guarantee. Second-hand products are not subject to this Manufacturer’s Warranty, but are instead covered by the Consumer Guarantee as long as the products are purchased from an authorised Australian Roland distributor. The Manufacturer’s Warranty does not apply to damage to this product that occurred as a result of abuse or misuse, abnormal service or handling, battery leakage or failure, thunderstorm activity, by insects or vermin, damage which may have been caused either directly or indirectly by another product, or if the product has been altered or modified in any way, or if the damage was caused by repairs or service provided or attempted by anyone other than Roland Technical Services or by an authorised Roland Service Agent within Australia.
