When you press a key on Aerophone, the app shows you the corresponding musical note. If you’ve transposed or adjusted the fingering on the instrument itself, these changes are reflected as well. And when you blow into the mouthpiece, a colorful animation is displayed to help you learn to control your breath pressure.

With 12 fingering lessons, you’ll learn scales and other basic playing points in a fun flash card style. There are 11 tutorial songs as well, each with a guide melody and fingering display for fast learning without music notation. As you play, your fingering is tracked and scored to help you improve every day.

As you get more familiar with Aerophone, you’ll probably want to start playing with accompaniment, and there are some great benefits when accessing your mobile device’s music library from within the app. You’re able to slow down a song or repeat a section to make it easier to learn. And you can even turn down the vocal or lead instrument and play the part yourself!
