This form must be filled out completely and correctly and a copy of the store sales receipt attached.
Incomplete forms or forms not filled out correctly will be denied the offer.

The Roland TD316 and TD313 cashback offer is only valid for purchases which are paid in full. This includes Layby and Payment Plan purchases. Your request must be submitted before the Midnight 14th of July 2026.
The promoter and distributor (Roland Corporation Australia) is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail. Limit of one Roland TD316 and TD313 cashback offer with each TD316 or TD313 for each customer, person, receipt, household, family or address. Cashback will be paid via EFT bank deposit.
Requests with invalid bank details will be denied.
