Q.What are the differences between the stand-alone version and plug-in version of Virtual Sound Canvas?

A.The stand-alone version has a Player function, and is able to play MIDI data on its own. It can also convert a MIDI file to an audio file.

The plug-in version requires a host application that is compatible with DXi (such as SONAR) or with VSTi (such as Cubase). You must open the synth from within the host application.
