Q.Do the V-Synth’s D-beam and front-panel knobs work when using the VC-1?

A.Yes, they work. When using the VC-1, the D-beam and all other controllers are user-assignable, and you can save the registration of the panel in each patch. You can assign any sound generator parameters as you like. For the D-beam and other performance controllers such as (C1/C2) knob, you can also assign MIDI parameters, including control change messages.

This flexible assignment capability brings you extraordinary real-time performance control that can’t be achieved with the original D-50.
