Q.The menu screen is displayed on a TV set or monitor connected to the PREVIEW OUT terminal. Can I clear this menu screen and display an output video image instead?

A.Yes.

Change the [Preview Display Mode] setting under [Utility] to [No Display] in the following procedure.

   1. Press the menu button.
   2. Use the (­UP/DOWN) cursor buttons to select [Utility], and press the (ENTER) button.
   3. Use the (­UP/DOWN­) cursor buttons to select [Preview Display Mode], and press the (ENTER) button.
   4. Use the (­UP/DOWN) cursor buttons to select [No Display].
   5. Press the (MENU) button three times to return to the previous screen. Check that the menu screen on the preview monitor disappears.
