Q.Does V-440HD require fixing synchronization between video devices by master clock (GenLock)?

A.GenLock is not required.
V-440HD is equipped with two frame synchronizers for each of the SD and HD/RGB mixers.
V-440HD synchronizes input signals internally to switch videos.
It is not required to use a GenLock unit for signal synchronization.
