A.Yes.
To input SD video to V-440HD as analog components, input the signal to the HD/RGB IN BNC terminal.
The input SD video is handled by the HD/RGB section.

 Reference:
 * It is recommended to use an SD video signal converted into a progressive signal (480p/576p) (D2).
