Q.Can I switch video seamlessly when a device with no TBC (Time Base Corrector) such as VHS or Hi-8 deck is connected?

A.Yes.  V-4 is equipped with separated TBCs on the channels A and B to allow seamless switching when mixing VHS or Hi-8 video with a DV or S-Video source.
