Q.I would like to record my UA-25’s output directly to a new track. Is this possible?

A.Yes, you can.
The UA-25 includes a “Loopback” feature which allows you to record the output directly back into the UA-25. This is helpful for mastering, bouncing multiple tracks, and even recording streaming audio from the internet.

Use the following procedure to set the UA-25 to “Loopback Mode.”

  1. Turn the [DIGITAL IN] switch in the front panel “ON”, then the digital input indicator flashes.
  2. Disconnect the digital input connector in order to cut off input signal, and Direct Monitor automatically turns “OFF”
