Q.How do I delete the UA-101 driver from my Windows XP computer?

A.To delete the UA-101 driver, use the folloing procedure.

  1. Start up Windows with the UA-101 disconnected.
    Disconnect all USB cables except for a USB keyboard and/or USB mouse (if used).
  2. From the Windows Start menu, open the Control Panel.
  3. Click "Switch to Classic View" to select the Classic view.

    If you've already selected the Classic view, go on to the next step.
  4. Double-click the EDIROL UA-101 icon.
  5. From the Driver menu of EDIROL UA-101 Control Panel, choose Uninstall.
  6. Uninstall the driver as directed by the on-screen instructions.
