Q.What's going on when the UA-101's SYNC indicator is blinking green?

A.The blinking SYNC indicator in green color indicates that the UA-101 has a trouble in synchronizing with the digital device that is connected to the digital input connector.

Check the following points to solve the problem.

  • Sample rate
    Make sure the UA-101's sample rate select switch is set to the sample rate of your connected digital device.
  • The external digital device connection
    Make sure that the connection between the UA-101 and the digital device is done properly. Check that the cable being used for connection is not broken or damaged.
  • UA-101 power supply
    Make sure that the AC adaptor is connected properly to the UA-101's DC-in jack.
