Q.When I strike the center of the head, I sometimes hear the rim-shot sound also.

A.This phenomenon may occur when the cable plugs are not fully inserted into the jacks on the sound module or pads, resulting in poor contact. Please make sure that each cable plug is fully inserted into its corresponding jack on the sound module and pads.
