Q.Can I switch drum kits in real time with the V-drums by hitting pads ?

A.Yes, you can switch drum kits through the pads. Connect pads to AUX 1 or AUX 2 of the TD-10, and set "Kit Select" in the Pad Switch screen. (P119 of the TD-10 owner's manual)
