Q.Can audio signals connected to the S-4000S's inputs be sent to multiple locations?

A.Yes, they can. The REAC interface used in the Digital Snake system allows you to easily distribute audio connected to the S-4000S unit simply by adding a switching hub and an additional S-4000H unit for each audio destination.

This type of connection is called a "split" connection. It allows you to distribute audio signals not only from the stage to the mixing console, but also to a variety of destinations, such as:

  • a monitor console.
  • a multitrack recorder.
  • a remote truck.
  • a feed to broadcast equipment.
  • a secondary FOH console.
  • any other location where you want to send the stage audio.
