Q.What can I do with an expression pedal connected to the RT-20?

A.By connecting an optional expression pedal (e.g., the Roland EV-5) to the SPEED (EXP PEDAL) jack on the rear panel of the RT-20, you'll be able to control the rotary speed in realtime by adjusting the foot pedal’s position.



The rotary speed will change from the SLOW SPEED knob’s value when you raise the pedal to the FAST SPEED knob’s value when you press the pedal down.

Notes:

• When you connect the expression pedal, the SLOW/FAST indicator will blink.
• The SLOW/FAST pedal is inactive when an expression pedal is connected.
