Q.Can I change the format (bit rate, sampling rate) of files that have been recorded using the R-09 to another format on the R-09HR?

A.You cannot convert recorded files on the R-09HR.
If you copy the recorded files to your computer, you can edit them using the supplied software, Cakewalk pyro Audio Creator LE.
