Q.Can I adjust the left and right microphone and line recording input levels separately?

A.Recording input levels for microphone input and line input are always adjusted as a left-right pair. You cannot adjust the left and right input levels separately from each other. Note that this means that recording with the R-09HR in mono mode does not use less space on the SD memory card.
