A.Use the following procedure to send the memory set.
Sending a memory set (SMF) to the PCR's current memory
- Press the PCR's [EDIT] button.
The display will indicate "EDT" (EDIT).
- On the PCR's keyboard, press [BULK].
The display will indicate "BLR" (BULK RX).
- Verify that the indication in the PCR's display is correct, and press the [ENTER] button.
The display will indicate "RS," and "S" will blink.
- Verify that the indication in the PCR's display is correct, and press the [ENTER] button.
The third digit of the display will blink, and the PCR will wait for bulk data to arrive.
- Start up PCR Editor.
- In [Options] menu - [MIDI] Devices, make the following settings.
Input port: EDIROL PCR 2
Output port: EDIROL PCR
- Choose [File] menu - [Open], and select the SMF that you want to transmit.
- Choose [Transmit] menu - [Transmit] to transmit the data.
- When the PCR has finished receiving the bulk data, “END” will be displayed.
The received memory set will be overwritten into current memory.
- Press the [ENTER] button.
The memory set has now been saved in the current memory.
Use the following procedure to save the memory set into user memory.
Saving the current memory into user memory
- Press the PCR's [EDIT] button.
The display will indicate "EDT."
- On the PCR's keyboard, press [SAVE].
The display will indicate "SAV."
- Verify that the indication in the PCR's display is correct, and press the [ENTER] button.
- Choose one of the memory numbers 1--F.
The memory number you choose will blink in the display.
- Verify that the number in the display is correct, and press the [ENTER] button.
The memory set has now been saved in the PCR's user memory.
