A.When compared to the ME-33, the ME-50 differs in the following ways:
- Most effect parameters can be edited simply by operating the knobs.
- More types of COSM distortion effects are available.
- More types of spatial effects (such as delay, reverb, UNI-V, and rotary) are available.
- More types of “Tone Modify” effects are available (this effect is called “Guitar Simulator” in the ME-33; it has been renamed in the ME-50). New effect types - such as “Hollow,” which simulates guitar body resonance - have been added.
- The Phrase Trainer function has been eliminated.
