Sampling groovebox

Q.When turning the power on, the MC-909 loads the samples in the user area and memory card, but I want to cancel it in order to get more memory capacity and reduce the set up time. Is it possible to do that ?

A.Set the "Sample Default Load" parameter to "OFF" in the MC-909.

To turn the "Sample Default Load" OFF, use the following procedure:

  1. Press the [MENU] button.
  2. Press the [ENTER]button to select System.
  3. Press the [F4(Sampling)] button.
  4. Press the [CURSOR (up) / (down)] button to select "Sample Default Load." Rotate the [VALUE] dial to set Sample Default Load to "OFF."
  5. To save the setting, press the [F6(System Write)] button.
