Q.What would cause only one pattern to play back repeatedly during song play ?

A.A: If the "Song Step SW" parameter is set to "MANUAL", then a pattern cannot go on to the next one until you press [F1(Next Step)] in Song mode, and consequently only one pattern is repeatedly played back.

Set the Song Step SW to "AUTO" to get automatic step up of patterns during song play back. You can find Song Step SW in the display by pressing [MENU], then[SYSTEM], then press [F2(Seq/MIDI)], then [F2(Song)].

Press [F6(System Write)] to set the Song Step setting.
