4-Ch Mixing Keyboard Amplifier

Q.Can I use a KC-series amp to amplify an electronic percussion instrument (such as Roland's V-Drums) without damaging the amp's speaker?

A.The KC-series amps are designed for use with electronic musical instruments. Playing Roland's V-Drums or similar electronic percussion instruments through a KC-series amp will not cause a problem as long as you stay within the rated volume level (if the sound becomes distorted, turn down the KC amp's volume control).

Note:
The KC-series amps were initially intended as keyboard amps, and weren't designed to reproduce extremely low frequencies like those produced by the kick drum and low tom sounds in a V-Drums kit. We recommend that you incorporate the KCW-1 subwoofer with the KC-series amp if you wish to reproduce the rich low-bass frequencies of these instruments.
