Q.I'm new to using multi-effects, and I'm not sure that I can program my own sounds. Does the GT-8 provide a way to get the sounds I want without much trouble?

A.Yes. Each of the GT-8's effects is equipped with a "Quick Setting" function that helps you easily create sounds by selecting from a number of quality preset effect settings. This convenient function is especially useful for beginners who've never programmed guitar multi-effects; all you have to do is select a Quick Setting and listen to the sound. After choosing the desired Quick Setting for each effect, you can then store them together in a user patch. This allows you to recall a group of Quick Settings with the touch of a pedal.

Quick Settings allow you to achieve a professional sound in a short time, while avoiding the discrete parameter settings that require multi-effects knowledge and experience.
