Q.I can't play open/closed hi-hat techniques with my TD-series sound module. Why is this?

A.This situation can occur if the hi-hat control pedal (FD-7, FD-8, VH-12) is moved while the TD-series module is powered up.

Similarly, triggering problems can occur if any pad (PD-series, CY-series) is struck during the TD-series module's power-up sequence.

To remedy this, turn off the TD-series modulefs power, and then turn the power on again while leaving the hi-hat control pedal and pads untouched. After the power-up sequence is complete, the V-Drums are ready to play.
