Q.What is a Fantom-X multisample? How does it relate to patches or samples?

A.A "multisample" is a set of different samples assigned to the notes of the keyboard. A single multisample can contain as many as 128 different samples (one for each MIDI note number). You can store 128 multisamples in user memory, and another 128 multisamples on a memory card.

    Note:
  • In order to hear a multisample, you must assign it to a patch.
  • User multisamples consist only of samples stored in user memory, and card multisamples consist only of samples stored on a memory card.
