A.Yes. In a Fantom-X series instrument, the volume of each tone in a rhythm set can be adjusted individually using the “Tone Level” parameter.
On the Fantom-X6/7/8:
- From the Patch Play screen, select the desired part (keyboard or pads), and then select a rhythm set for that part.
- Press [PATCH EDIT].
- Press [F2 ] and/or [F1] to select the TVA tab.
- Use the cursor buttons to highlight Tone Level.
- Play the keyboard or pads to select the desired rhythm tone, and then use the VALUE dial to adjust its volume.
On the Fantom-XR:
- From the Patch Play screen, select a rhythm set.
- Hold [SHIFT] and press the down cursor button [EDIT].
- Use the cursor buttons to select the TVA icon, and then press [ENTER].
- Use the cursor buttons to select the Tone Level screen.
- Use a MIDI keyboard or sequencer connected to the Fantom-XR to select the desired rhythm tone, and then use the VALUE dial to adjust its volume.
On the Fantom-Xa:
- From the Patch Play screen, select the desired part (keyboard or pads), and then select a rhythm set for that part.
- Press [PATCH EDIT].
- Press [F5 (TVA)].
- Press [F1 (TVA PRM)].
- Play the keyboard or pads to select the desired rhythm tone, and then use the VALUE dial to adjust its volume.
Note:
Make sure you store the edited rhythm set to a user or card location if you want to save your changes.
