A.If the Windows login account is a domain network account used by a corporate LAN, folder sharing may not be permitted. In this case, create a login account for the workgroup network and log into the system.
Click [Control Panel] -> [Administration Tool] -> [Computer Management] and add a new user in [Local User and Group].
You can check whether the account currently logged in is a domain network or workgroup network account in the following procedure.
1. Open [System Properties] from the Control Panel.
2. Click [Computer Name].
3. Check which one is shown under [Full Computer Name]:
"Domain: ****" or "Workgroup: ****"
Ask the network administrator for the details.
