Q.The capture start positions of video and audio input to AUDIO IN terminal CH3/CH4 are not aligned.

A.You can adjust misalignment of the capture start positions of video (m2t file) and external audio (wav file) in frame units by [Audio Sync] in the Configuration menu.
However, the start positions may get misaligned even after adjustment depending on the camera status. In this case, use non-linear software to adjust the start positions.
