What are the suggested drum playing techniques and available functions for each TD-series sound module?

When I strike the center of the head, I sometimes hear the rim-shot sound also.

Can you show me the pads that are compatible with the TD-series and other sound modules? (2004 Version which excludes the TD-12 and VH-11)
