VSC-MP1 Instruction on Windows Vista
You must read this before using this software in Windows Vista.

[Limitations]
- The stand-alone version cannot be used in Windows Vista.
- The plug-in versions (DXi, VST) have been tested and found to be functional in Windows Vista.
* For details regarding the compatibility of your host application with Windows Vista, please contact the manufacturer or distributor of the application you're using.
[Installing the plug-in version]
If you're using this software in Windows Vista, you must install it according to the following installation procedure.
* When performing the following procedure, you must log on to Windows as a user whose account has administrative privileges.
1. Close all currently running software (applications).
2. Insert the installation CD-ROM included with this product into the DVD-ROM drive of your computer.
* If the autoplay dialog box appears, choose "Open folder to view files" and proceed to step 5.
3. From the Windows Start menu, choose Computer.
4. The drives detected by your computer will be displayed. Double-click the DVD-ROM drive.
5. Depending on the plug-in format you want to use, double-click the [DXI] or [VST] folder.
6. Right-click the SETUP (Setup.exe) file, and from the menu that appears, choose Properties.
7. Click the Compatibility tab to see the Compatibility page.
8. In the Compatibility mode field, select "Run this program in compatibility mode for:".
9. In the Compatibility mode list, choose "Windows XP (Service Pack 2)."
10. Click [OK] to close Properties.
11. Double-click the SETUP (Setup.exe) file to start up the installer.
12. The message "An unidentified program wants access to your computer" will appear. Click [Allow].
13. The installer will start up. When the "Welcome to the InstallShield Wizard for Virtual Sound Canvas" screen appears, click [Next].
14. The "License Agreement" screen will appear. Read the license agreement, and if you consent, click [Yes].
15. The "Choose Destination Location" screen will appear. Confirm that the correct folder is chosen as the destination for the installation, then click [Next].
16. The "Confirmation of installation" screen will appear. Check the current settings and click [Next].
17. Once all the files have been copied, the "InstallShield Wizard Complete" screen will appear. Click [Finish].
