The VC-30HD is a multi-input video converter and encoding device that accepts HDMI, Component, composite, S-Video, Firewire, and analog or digital audio via RCA, XLR, and AES-EBU. The VC-30HD can be selected to convert to DV, HDV, or MPEG-2 formats. The VC-30HD combines the audio and video sources together and encodes to both two Firewire stream and USB audio/video device simultaneously. This is ideal and convenient for archiving to Blu-ray while at the same time web streaming through a video streaming service on a PC.

System Example 1 : HD Live Streaming

Converts and combines video and audio to MPEG-2 for live streaming.

Output from video and audio equipment can be combined and used for web streaming and recording to video devices for backup.
