The “Music Assistant” is an intelligent help function that assists you in setting up the auto-accompaniment which best suits the particular song or style you want to play. You simply identify the type of song you want, and the Music Assistant's auto-setup feature chooses a music style that suits that song perfectly. Play a chord, and the accompaniment follows your lead on the melody. You can also change the accompaniment to different musical styles such as Latin or jazz, and add fancy introductions and endings to the accompaniment, for an exciting and rousing performance. With a host of other accompaniment functions, the KR-3 makes everything easy: you'll be playing like never before the moment you bring it home.

The KR-3 offers unrivalled expressiveness and ease of playing. With its 88-note keyboard, the beautiful sound of a fine acoustic piano, and an extensive variety of other instrument sounds including guitar, saxophone, strings and others, this is the ideal instrument for creative musicians. The KR-3 is fitted with a 16-track sequencer with extensive editing features: you can record your own songs and add additional tracks as required, or mute any Standard MIDI File track in order to play it yourself along with the backing track. Your lessons and practice have never been so entertaining. When using music files that contain lyrics, the words to the songs can be shown on the LCD display for karaoke singing.
