With a huge WAVE ROM onboard, the keyboard boasts the best sounds from the Roland library. Many new studio-sampled instruments including drums, guitar, bass and piano provide an ultra-realistic experience.
Newly sampled drum kits (Rock, Pop and Folk to name a just a few) have a realistic, natural resonance and various one-shot sampled drum articulations such as Cymbal Roll bring sophisticated drum styles to your performance.

Powerful Built-in Audio System
The E-60 delivers incredible, hi-impact sound thanks to its powerful four-speaker, bi-amplified sound systems, complete with Bass Reflex System and Digital Bass Enhancer.
Intuitive User Interface
The keyboard incorporates a large 16 gray-scale graphic display with touchcreen for quick and simple operations. Moreover a multitude of buttons have been included on the control panels for ease to use. A large number of files including Styles, Songs, User Programs and Music Assistants can be managed easily through the onboard database, viewed through the large LCD screen.
16-Track Sequencer / Style Composer
New professional 16-track sequencer and a complete internal Style Composer (both with Micro Event List and Piano Roll editing).
Style Converter
The Style Converter is an easy and intuitive tool for creating custom Music Styles based on one of your own Songs or a pre-made Standard MIDI File.
Guitar Mode
The E-60 comes with Guitar Mode function which provides several down-and up-stroke patterns, realistic muting and other guitar techniques all controllable from the keyboards.
Cover / Makeup Tools function onboard!
The E-60 includes Cover/Makeup Tools functions allowing you to change any part of your Style or Songs at will.
DigiScore
The E-60 features a high quality 4-stave score display and also provides chords and lyrics display function.
Data Storage
The E-60 features a 15,5 MByte internal memory (Solid State Disk), Floppy Disk Drive and a PCMCIA card slot to expand the internal memory (for Microdrive (1.0-inch hard disk drive), CompactFlash, Memory Stick, SmartMedia).
D Beam
The E-60 comes with a D Beam controller. This light-sensing controller can be used for realtime changes to a wide range of parameters adding extra visual interest to your musical performance.
Easy Computer Connection
USB applications
A USB connector allows files (Styles, Songs, User Programs, Bmp Images, File Text) to be exchanged with PC or MAC and also provides MIDI communication.
DATABASE MANAGER included
The E-60 uses the “G-70 DATABASE MANAGER” software, which allows you to manage Songs, Styles and User Programs directly from your computer.
