PC Card Recorder
An audio recorder that can create, store and play back up to 2,000 types of phrases.

Maintenance Free
Uses non-mechanical sound storage system whereby data is stored directly on a PC card. Because it is a digital sound system that requires absolutely no moving parts, there is no sound degradation and no maintenace.

24bit/ 48kHz Sound Quality
Uses Roland's proprietary RDAC system, which provides the high sound quality only possible with digital, while at the same time creating minimal-size sound data.
This also allows long recording and playback times. Further advancing this technology, 48kHz, 24-bit recording and playback is now possible.

Synchronization
Simultaneous playback with external devises such as video decks and lighting systems is possible. Also, by using one AR-3000 as the master, up to 31 AR-3000/200s can be daisy chained (AR-LINK* function) to create a multi-track system that synchronizes up to 32 units (64 tracks).

MIDI Control
Equipped with MIDI connector, MIDI data can be recorded and played back allowing it to control any MIDI device. Also, AR pan and volume can be controlled externally.

Network Communication
Network board available as option. This allows data trasferring, surveilance and remote operation via a network.

Data Conversion
Comes with data conversion feature that allows you to convert card data created by an AR-2000 for use on an AR-3000(only playback with AR-200). This allows you to keep on using your existing data.

*The AR-LINK function is a dedicated data trasmission terminal for the AR series that allows completely synchronized recording and playback of multiple AR units. AR-Link synchronization is not possible on system in which only AR-200s are installed.
