How to perform a single bulk dump of the memory set:

  1. Press the [EDIT] button. “EDT” (EDIT) will appear on the display.
  2. Press [BULK] on the keyboard. “BLR” (BULK RX) will appear on the display.
  3. Check the display and press the [ENTER] button.
    “RS” will appear on the display and “S” will blink.
  4. Check the display and press the [ENTER] button.
    The third digit on the display will blink showing that you are in bulk dump standby mode.
  5. Perform the bulk transmission from your sequencer or other device.
    Set the MIDI output device of your sequencer software to “PCR”. (For MacOS 9/8, set to “PCR 1”.)
  6. After the PCR has finished the bulk dump, “END” will appear on the display. The dumped memory set will overwrite the current memory.
  7. Press the [ENTER] button.
Next, use the following procedure to save to the user memory.

How to save the current memory:

  1. Press the [EDIT] button. “EDT” will appear on the display.
  2. Press [SAVE] on the keyboard. “SAV” will appear on the display.
  3. Check the display and press the [ENTER] button.
  4. Select the memory number from among memory numbers 1 to F. The specified memory number will appear on the display and blink.
  5. Check the display and press the [ENTER] button.
