Always use the metronome when you practice. It's very important that you keep steady time when you play.

Next, we're going to practice how you can get your hands and feet to move independently of each other. Enjoy this exercise as if it were a sport. Begin by setting the repeat to two bars.
This practice is most effective if you do it daily.
